We believe exceptional journeys begin with listening. We take the time to understand your interests, travel style, priorities and expectations. The more we know about you, the more personalized—and memorable—your journey will be.

Investment

Professional Trip Design

Designing a highly customized itinerary takes many hours of research, coordination and planning. To ensure every client receives the attention their journey deserves, we charge a non-refundable $300 Trip Design Fee for most itineraries.  Should you proceed with your booking, this fee forms part of our professional planning process, while your $1,000 per person trip deposit is credited toward the cost of your vacation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure, unless specified otherwise.

Do you book flights?
Yes.
Can you help if I've already booked my flights?
Absolutely.
Which should come first, booking my flights, or land itinerary first?
This is the chicken and the egg scenario.  It's really personal preference but please keep in mind that your land itinerary is subject to availability.
If you are using frequent flyer miles, you must have your travel dates booked and confirmed before we can start this process. 
Do you book hotels only?
No. We specialize in complete customized itineraries.
How much should I budget?
As a guide, we recommend an absolute minimum budget for two weeks, excluding airfares of $10,000 per couple. We design journeys across a range of budgets and will recommend the experiences that provide the greatest value for your investment.
Do you itemize pricing.
No. We provide one price for your land itinerary. Air Travel is always separate, unless shown otherwise.
How far in advance should I contact you?
We can typically start 12 months prior - and at least four weeks. Any less than four weeks may incur last minute booking fees.
Do you book Fiji and Tahiti?
Yes.
Do you offer Travel Insurance?
Yes, we can provide a quotes for Travel Insurance.
Do you book Cruises?
Yes. Due to our Virtuoso affiliation, we are often able to offer amenities, shipboard credits etc.
