West Coast Accommodation
Kapitea Ridge:
Kapitea Ridge is an intimate and stylish, luxury boutique hotel on the rugged West Coast of the South Island. The lodge lies amongst 8 hectares of prime coastal land with panoramic views over the wild beaches and indigenous rainforest. The unique design and the special location offer tranquil relaxation amidst nature. Accommodation is stylish and private, with attention to comfort and detail. In the evening, lodge guests have the option of enjoying fine food and wine in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
Te Weheka Inn:
We invite you to share with us the rugged elegance of our purpose built boutique hotel. Te Weheka Inn is nestled beneath the towering Southern Alps on the awesome West Coast of New Zealand. Close by, the mighty Fox Glacier grinds seaward while the tranquil waters of Lake Matheson reflect the scenic grandeur encompassed by native bush, all part of nature's grand scheme.  The Inn is just 100 metres from the centre of town where 4 restaurants are available for evening meals. Room sizes are a generous with large bathrooms with a shower.  Rooms open on to a small balcony with Fox Valley views. Each room has a writing desk & chair plus 2 armchairs and a coffee table.
Wilderness Lodge Lake Moeraki:
The Wilderness Lodge Lake Moeraki is landscaped in a lakeside clearing surrounded by 1,000 year old rainforest trees. It offers a high level of comfort in attractive Lodge rooms (all rooms have private bathrooms) with lounges and restaurant that overlook the lovely Moeraki rapids. Relaxe with a drink and meal in the tranquil Moeraki Lounge as you watch the river roll by,  and native birds and trout jumping.  Every day, a naturalist guides offer two guided activities that will allow you to explore rainforests, discover ferns, orchids, giant native pigeon, bellbird and tui. We take night walks to see glowworms, the Southern Cross and freshwater crayfish.
Punakaiki Resort:
The Punakaiki Resort is situated in the bush clad foothills of the Paparoa National Park facing the sea, 0nly 400m from the famous Pancake Rocks and Blowholes. All rooms are self contained, have luxury ensuite, private outdoor seating, Sky TV. Rooms are linked by a series of suspended boardwalks. A walk-through underpass offers easy beach access. Most rooms have breath taking sea views or are set amongst native bush creating your own secluded hide-away. You may choose between a hotel room or luxury eco room - slightly larger and built to have minimum impact on the environment.
